The very popular silent auction is BACK and we're looking to make it better than EVER!! Proceeds from the auction support VAM and our members across the Commonwealth and the District of Colombia.
We’re excited to announce our upcoming Silent Auction, and we need your help to make it a success!
We invite donations of items, services, or experiences that will help us raise funds for VAM activities, fund scholarships, and support our members with programming like the annual conference. Every contribution makes a difference, no matter how big or small!
How You Can Help:
- Donate: Consider items like gift baskets, artwork, gift certificates, or unique experiences.
- Volunteer: Join our Silent Auction Task Force team to help with either pre-Conference planning and donation gathering; or, setup, organization, and running the auction on the day of the event.
Interested in volunteering? Please contact us by November 15, 2024.
Interested in sending a donation? Please use this form or this link to submit donations before February 22, 2025.
FAQ
If you planning to attend the conference in March, you can plan to drop off items at the designated VAM office at the conference center. Mailing Address: 3126 West Cary Street #447 Richmond, VA 23221.
If you will not be attending the annual conference but would still like to support VAM, you can send them to the VAM office, Mailing Address: 3126 West Cary Street #447 Richmond, VA 23221.
Due to limited space, we strongly encourage dropping off any donated items during the conference.
