Summary -
James Madison University’s Office of Creative Propulsion (OCP) invites applications for a full-time Operations and Engagement Coordinator. OCP supports College of Visual and Performing Arts (CVPA) students and faculty in ideating, launching, and refining arts-based efforts that reimagine and disrupt traditional practices, stretch and break artistic boundaries, and promote more equitable and inclusive opportunities for meaningful arts engagement. CVPA believes that equity, access, and inclusion are moral imperatives and artistic obligations. Diversity—in stories we represent, students we serve, and audiences we engage—is vital to healthy and relevant contemporary arts and design practice. CVPA, therefore, welcomes diversity in all its forms. To learn more about CVPA, please visit http://www.jmu.edu/arts.
