We are thrilled to offer a unique opportunity to get involved in this year’s conference by becoming a volunteer! Volunteering is a great way to contribute to the success of the event while enjoying a range of benefits.

What’s Included for Volunteers:

• Access to all conference sessions: Help ensure the flow of the program.
• Exhibit Hall Access: Explore the latest products, services, and innovations from museum vendors.
• General Session & Keynote Access: Participate in the exciting opening sessions.
• Meals: Volunteers are provided with meals during the conference (registration required under the meals section).
• Optional Ticket Add-Ons: Volunteers have the opportunity to purchase tickets for special events and activities that may not be included in general registration.

To ensure a smooth and efficient event, volunteer roles must be approved by VAM staff. Please note that availability is limited, so make sure to submit your volunteer application soon!

How to Apply:

1. Complete the volunteer application form.
2. Wait for approval from VAM staff.
3. Once approved, you will receive further details on your role.
