Professional Bio
Emily Kilgore is the Director of Education and Engagement at the Woodrow Wilson Presidential Library since 2018, and has a passion for museum education. She received her B.A. from Longwood University in Public History, completed her M.A. in history at Old Dominion University, and her Certificate in Museum Management from the Virginia Association of Museums. In addition to her work at Woodrow Wilson Presidential Library and Museum, Emily is also an adjunct professor in museum studies at Brightpoint Community College in Virginia. Emily also works in partnership with the Library of Congress as part of their “Teaching with Primary Sources” programs.
