Be Careful What You Wish For: Managing Grant Funded Projects
Congratulations! You got the grant!
But now what? Learn about expectations of funders and how to manage a grant throughout the process including planning, implementation, and reporting. The workshop will highlight the pros and cons of seeking grant support as well as successful, and not so successful, grant projects. Corporate, state, and federal grants will be covered.
We will be meeting at the Colonial Education Center at historic Lynnhaven House.
